Bad Bad Bad experience with Paul Sutton of Southwest Direct Mortgage. My credit score actually went down after dealing with him. I'm currently working with another loan officer just to bring my credit back to the score it was before. Now I don't even qualify for a home loan! And the worst is after he knew my score had dropped he quit returning my phone calls. Bad Bad Bad experience!!!
