Friendly staff. Patient and kind. Waiting room was roomy and clean.
Southwest Diagnostic Imaging overcharged my mother in early 2021. She passed away in May, and they did not reimburse her for the overcharged amount until November 2021. By then, the trust was closed. I requested a new check, and to date, after 5 emails, sending the documentation required, and numerous calls, I still have not received the check. The agents that answer the phone are quite nice, and confirmed all of the documentation is on file- however, the 'back-office' has no contact number, so a client can only email them. ... read more
