The two star rating was for the front desk staff Stephanie speaking loudly when discussing a patient needs or concerns with other staff members. Do you know what HIPAA means? I asked twice if she is doesn’t know to please get a Manager that can help assist. What Stephanie decided to do was to ask the young man to the left of her and I heard him giving her the wrong information. Best run medical office I’ve been to. They don’t ask over and over for all the same info I’ve already given. I got there 10 minutes ahead of my early time. They saw me before I could get my phone out to occupy myself. Gail was tech for me was very kind and knowledgeable. No checkout. I was back down in my car preparing to leave at exactly the time for mr appointment. That’s what I call respect for their patients. Again…very well run.

You always go in dreading it and the staff turns it into a 'not so bad' trip that's not the end of the world.
Their staff made what promised to be a painful and scary MRI biopsy quite tolerable. I felt their support and guidance throughout the entire procedure.

Susan J., despite a highly stressful global environment, took her time to thoroughly examine and address the concerns of my daughter who is halfway across the country from me. I will never forget it and am very grateful. She didn't just do her job, she provided comfort and care in addition to the ultrasound, which is unfortunately not always common in the medical community today. We will definitely be requesting her for our imaging needs in the future! Thank you!
