This facility produced a CT report that completely missed my inguinal hernia. I knew perfectly well what and where it was, but the radiologist seemed more preoccupied with determining whether or not I had appendicitis, which I knew damn well was not the problem. The report they sent my PCP specified “no worrisome abdominal hernia”. I knew that as well because the are in question is a good eight inches below the abdominal wall.
