Kolby was sweet and helped ease my social anxiety throughout the beginning of the apt. However as soon as the gum girl came in I got cold attitude from her as well as I was told to stop yelling when I asked her to wait a second while crying from pain. She was okay as a person when talking to me before my apt started but as soon as I became a patient under her care she turned into an icicle
