Purchased my car in 2017 from Honda of Pasadena , they installed an after market alarm system from this company that was not properly installed, it drained my battery and failed to let my car start. I have had to buy a jump starter for the car get aaa and replace 4 car batteries
I keep getting spam calls and texts when I have no business with this company.
I’m writing this review as well as a phone call. A wonderful technician by the name of Darren (hope I spelled that right) just left and what a fantastic experience. My car wouldn’t start, and after being told my battery was great I called KARR. Once he checked everything out he told me it was the battery. This has been a huge headache but Darren walking me through it and answering my questions put me at ease. The tone, knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness was needed and he got it all right.
