When none of the big stores had any of the parts to the bikes they sold, this place had all the parts I needed for my son’s bike. The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal as they did their best to address all my concerns. The biggest takeaway was they gave me the most economical and affordable options available. I will be going here often.
Knowledgeable, transparent about repairs, friendly. Fast turnaround despite lots of jobs in queue. Glad to have found this place and will certainly return! Not to mention it’s clearly a family business.
Incredible service! I was out at perdanales state park and my bike tire got damaged. They squeezed me in for a repair on Sunday no less so I was able to get back on the Trails with my son. Great company highly recommend!
