Unlike those other two, I'm happier after using Southwest's counseling services. I had to do some things I didn't want to do and make some personals changes, but even though it was a while ago, I'm happy with the result.
I agree, the 1 star is too much. I've been a client of SW for a little over 3 years and am now seeking help from elsewhere after learning my confidentiality has been broken, it has been brought to the administrator Michelle and absolutely nothing was done about it. It has also become a feat just to get my prescriptions refilled. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! They constantly make appointments and when you show up they dont have you scheduled! I'm tired of taking off work for an appointment that they made...only to be told "I'm sorry...you are not on the schedule today...you will have to reschedule" !!!!!
