Like another review for this business, I called about 8:00 am. A technician was sent that morning, the problem identified, needed parts were obtained, and heat was restored by lunch. The technician was very knowledgeable and personable. Nobody enjoys having a major appliance malfunction and stop working, but Southwest made the experience a lot less stressful.
