Austin did an inspection on my roof. He responded quickly, fit me into his schedule as soon as he could, had a great attitude, was a good communicator, and was honest about his core competencies. He was ethically upright; he could have told me anything and I would have believed it, but he clearly was not just trying to get another job. He wants to do the right thing. Thumbs up!!
