This was by far my worst experience with a company. Hired him to install one type of floor. He went ahead and installed a different cheaper type of floor. Fortunately for me we had our camera rolling and witnessed the bait and switch
Have called them and messaged them a few times with no response! I guess they are not interested in doing business.
