Warranty repairs. Had a cargo camera replaced on my Power Wagon, works fine now. Also needed a dashboard replaced, been waiting on it for about 2 months. Allison in the service dept has been great to work with, really good at returning messages promptly. Apparently these dash panels are commonly messed up so the delay is a supply chain issue I think. The dash finally came in and they replaced it in one day. Very pleased.
Great Service with appointment, was their 40 minutes for oil change and Tire Rotation.
The only reason I’m putting 2 stars is for Allison my service advisor. The lack of communication, being told my vehicle was being worked on when it wasn’t. The fact I had to pay for an uber when they have a shuttle service. Super disappointed.
Overall service was great.
