While I was initially greeted in a friendly manner the associates kept pushing me off to other associates leaving me standing there awkwardly until someone finally helped me. I was not a walk in customer, but had made my appointment last week. I purposely made it for a Monday morning to avoid long wait times. After getting checked in, I was told it would be about an hour. Took my Jeep in for a problem. The error message said "service electronic stability controller". Assumed a Jeep dealership could find the problem, and that they had likely seen something like this before . It was towed up on a Saturday, and I was aware that it wouldn't be looked at until the following Monday. I had to call numerous times to ask for a status update throughout the week.
