Bad customer service. I called multiple times to see if my truck was ready and had no luck. I sent multiple texts and received no response. I arrived to check my truck and had no luck. I came back after work and my truck was ready with a dent in the back fender. I asked and they pulled a tablet with a picture. They said that they don’t have anything that will hit my truck. Now I have a dent on my truck. And I was there Just for a oil change and the lady said it will take 1 hour and end it be 5 hours Thanks
Nicest experience I have ever had in looking for a new vehicle. Ernest and Tyler were very knowledgable and helpful in finding a Jeep with the features that I wanted. No high pressure sales...just a relaxing and pleasurable experience. Very professional and they provided great communication to me during the process.
Went in for a simple recall. Out of the blue, my key fob wouldn’t work. That was taken care of. Tara was a pleasure to work with. She had a smile on her face every time I saw her.
