Communication!!!! I had to call to find out what was going on…. Then last week they said it was ready and when I get there they said they had a problem when starting it. Also the jeep was dirty inside and out!
Service rep was professional, but $101 for oil change on my Jeep Gladiator, no multipoint inspection report, didnt even bother to air up the tire that was low or address the locker light that was on...way overpriced in my opinion for what you get, not going back to the dealer for service
