I'm making this complaint anonymously, I've been a long time patient at this office. It's so sad to see how bad down hill it's gone at this location. This past year, it has been really uncomfortable and uneasy attending here. First of all, the change in the doctors in the office, they have had 3 different doctors the last year. Awesome visit today with Dr. Bell. The office was clean and comfortable to wait in. The check in process was easy and quick the receptionist was friendly and professional. The doctor was friendly and knowledgable and really cared about my condition. He took the time to really understand both my history and my current needs. Treatment was gentle and effective. I haven’t felt this good in a long time! I highly reccommend
I am new to the Buckeye area and am looking for a local chiropractor. I found this place through Google. I called to get details on services provided. At first the receptionist was helpful. But when I asked for specifics on alternative services provided she just hung up on me. Should not be answering the phones if you cannot provide basic customer service. New to the area and wanted a local chiro and there are not enough words to describe this office. Very nice and ckean office and the staff are amazing. Very friendly and caring people.
Dr Ketchum is the best chiropractor I have ever been too. Seen him for years!
