I was with Dr Julius Charlie for years and was testing for Alzheimer’s for 4 months and waited 3 months for results and went for appointment only to be told he was no longer there and no information. I couldn’t even get an appointment with a new Dr for 2 months to get my results and record to transfer to someone new.
