For over 2 yrs the system and people that answer phones at SW Center for HIV get a big fat F. I've been so frustrated with how countless time you will call there and IF they answer the phone . They will put you on an endless hold and not only myself but I have witnessed others walk up to the front desk with phone in hand after driving from their home to the clinic.
