I've called 5 times, and left 3 voicemails (with my name and call back number) over the span of 2 weeks and I haven't received absolutely anything back from these people. Can't be that great of a mental health clinic if they can't even return a phone call or answer. Does no one work at the front desk? Going to a more responsive and professional place. Don't waste your time.
This place was very unprofessional and dropped me as a patient without a referral to any other help! The letter stated that they would refill my scripts for two months more. What kind of mental health professionals do that to their patients? This place is where. I still am seeking to find a therapist and thank god for my family doctor for continuing my scripts as I haven't found another provider. Best 30 minutes with therapist ever. It’s goal oriented and appears to be helpful in many ways as my thinking has markedly improved since starting our sessions. I also do medication management and the NP has great experience and seems very competent
A horrifying experience with a Delaine Sapp certified nurse practitioner. Refused a mental health patient that was requesting help, with medication regimen. Adversely affecting the patient.
Southwest does NOT care. I have never been to a therapist that do only does 30 minutes seasons. I requested longer because 30 minutes is NOT long enough at all. They flat out refused and the sad thing is I really liked the therapist. Also the rooms are not very comfortable yet alone friendly. Very plain and unpleasant.
