We had them build a sunroom for us. They were very professional and did a great job. It is now our favorite room in the house. We decided that we would like a car port and we were thrilled to find out that they could install this too. We are repeat customers and we would not hesitate to recommend Southwest Builders to anyone who appreciates quality workmanship and professional/friendly local craftsmen.
I would not use theis company. In July we paid 20% down to enclose a small sunroom. The salesman , Gary Ballew said they were 3/4 week out which was fine. It is now mid Sept and I can not get ANYONE to return my calls or text. Every time I call , Sheree the receptionist tells me she will give Gary the message , that he is the only one that can help me... I think thatis bizarre. I have asked for the owner, Dale Pfunt to call me by the end of day or I will be up there monday to pickup my check. This is the WORST experience eve... read more
