Great service!
Been doing a small garden project with my daughter. We came here to pick out some small stones to use for a border. People here were very friendly and helpful. Sometimes landscape supply stores can be intimidating since they’re usually geared toward commercial landscapers (which is fine), but I found this place to be much more inviting and has a very customer-friendly layout with a range of reasonable prices and quantities for those who are just doing some DIY projects.
Came here to pick up rock but quickly ran off when they claim to charge $30 to load up the material that you purchase ( 1/2 yard only ) . Which was almost half of price of price of what I’m paying for material. No other place does this around here, Xeriscape or Terrabella doesn’t charge this fee so avoid this place unless you want to pay hidden fees and also fully fund their staff on top of your purchase. Had a little project to do for my grandson. The customer service I received was excellent, from the young lady who helped me at the counter to the person who put the bag of sand in my trunk. Thank you!!!
Nathan was extremely patient and very polite and helpful. We need to build a bench and he took his time to show us the material
