This is not a Caribbean resort nor I would expect that. However, out of the number of places my (adult) son as been during a recent mental health crisis, SW Behavioral (2042 N 35th Ave., Phoenix) was the best. The entire staff is what really matters (not the aesthetics) and this is a wonderful group that works very cohesively. The receptionist if that's what she could be called has talked about patient care infront of everybody in waiting room
I wouldn't give this place even 1 star. Michelle treats clients in a direspectful way. She's unfair to Registry staff where she demands and commands them to do all the chores while core staff doesn't help out. I'm going to the Better Business Bureau etc. For staff being unfair and how staff treats their clients.. Instead of investigating the director DNR'd me.
