The only reason I am giving this place one star is because I have an amazing therapist. But as a patient here, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I have gone through at least eight different Case managers all promising to help me with nothing to show for it barely returning any of my phone calls even if I am in Crisis. Well, they were great when I started there, then they kinda went downhill, they don’t answer their phones, they leave me on hold forever and I’m on the verge of closing services with them because of this, also my therapist has been out of office and they didn’t even tell me so I’m out of an therapist for who knows how long, this is an honest review from someone who has been going to sbh for years now :/ also about the phone, I sit in the waiting room and the phones don’t even ring back there it’s like they are not even on :/

My case manager text me.So do you need a call?I say yes, it's been a week now.No call sometime.S you have to give up on life
