No help whatsoever. This place they call behavior health does nothing to make you well. No therapy, no meds,no exercise nothing but sit around and watch t.v. or sleep. I would not suggest anyone to check in there because its not going to help you through mental problems. Its just another lockdown punishment.

Do Not go on the weekend when Donna is working and your mother has been reported as a missing person for over 3 days and needs her Drs Help! She will hand you papers to go run around and get notarized so she can get off work even when you called twice in the morning when you were going to pick up the patient in Flagstaff, who was found stranded sleeping in her car. Thankfully, no one was hurt this time….. Negative stars.

Place is dull, freezing cold. 0 view of the outside world. 30 minutes in calls a day at certain times of the day. Showers are freezing and made me feel like i was having a seizure so i just didn't bathe. If it weren't for the good food, access to PG-13 streaming services, music and a more than accommodating staff team. I would argue this place is worse than jail. That being said if you're reading this because you're contemplating, don't let anything i said scare you, if you feel or have felt like a threat to yourself or othe... read more

For most of the people this is a good place but I would avoid like the plague if you are transgender...I was misgendered more in 2 days than I hand been in the last 5 years...when I polity correct it was I was either ignored of dismissed for my concerns...at one point I was told the they where unaccustomed to have transgendered persons there...just giving a heads up...this is not the place you want to be if you are different. .

I stayed as a patient for two days and it was hands down terrible. It was worse than a jail. No windows, you can’t go outside, the showers were cold. There was no groups, nothing to do. You could color or watch a movie or listen to music. But, that’s about it. The nurses were nice. But, otherwise it was a terrible experience. Try going somewhere else, if possible. This place won’t help someone who’s struggling mentally. You might feel worse coming out than you did coming in.
