My friend went to the hospital looking for help. She already set up with her insurance company to go to a place in Henderson. Fantastic care there. Finally she'll get the help she needs. But no, Terros seem not to care because they sent her to southwest. I'm waiting on compliance to give me a call since I have power of attorney. To get her into 4.9 Hospital rated by their patients not a 2.3. she's not getting the level of care she needs. And this is why she decided to go seven hills she just had to get medical clearance.
I was in a severe crisis and very close to not being here so I checked myself in and from the very second I walked in there Heather Kaylee and Sarah had my back and when I got some heartbreaking news while I was in there they stood by me and showed real true humanity and love. I was in the place I needed to be and around these lovely ladies who literally saved my life. I can never express how grateful I am
I'm the most patient and understanding person as I've worked in similar fields however I was given inadequate information regarding my mother's tranfer there from a hospital (1 hour away). The front desk staff would not even confirm whether she was there or not even though I'm her daughter/ Emergency contact AND Medical Power of Attorney. I knew she was transferred there and I know they transferred her to the local hospital for additional tests. My husband stayed here recently because he was suffering from very bad depression. It was very much like a prison. The mattresses are thin and hard. You can’t leave unless they give you permission. At one point, my husband said he wanted to leave and they said he had to stay one more day or they would force him to stay another week. Also, they messed up his medications very badly and didn’t even give him two of his medications at all.
