I am a current client at the Kingman office of sw health. I recently had an experience that left me extremely unimpressed. I was having a hard time with certain things and mentioned it to my mental health person. Instead of trying to help and attempting to solve the problem when I was disgusted they simply let me quit! Nikki is awesome teacher she knows her stuff . I've learned that in co dependant or I was . And had I or 2 of a narcissists. And she's cool
It's a shame that they have good doctors, because after reception has ruined it four times in a row, they clearly don't want my money. They cancel an appointment i waited months for the day before, or reschedule without even informing me. 10/10 recommendation for Amy Elsbury. If you ever leave, I am happy to follow you. But reception has let me down too many times. I left their therapy services for the same reason years ago (plus the high turnover rate), but stayed for my favorite PCP. Charge for services they then fail to provide. Or fail to give the proper documents for after a year. I'd try elsewhere, place is so disorganized, and unprofessional.
I hate leaving bad reviews, however, I left my daughter Arianna in SBH custody 2 weeks ago! Last I heard from her, she called me asking if I could take her to flagstaff to a homeless shelter, I said call me Saturday I will take you, she said she will try and find a ride! Haven’t heard from her since, Nikki is on vacation, I’ve left numerous VM and Mssg’s w the front desk, I’ve heard nothing! I would say Southwest Behavioral dropped the ball?
