Had to give 1 star to leave review. Needed courtesy dose here. After calling 3x with NO answer, we arrived before closing (11:30am) and the response we got: "its unlikely you will courtesy dose today we need 24 hrs advance"--they did NOT tell our clinic, that called them this morning when they opened (8am), that bit of info. Also told us it would be better if we courtesy dose in ColoSpgs our final destination. Have to make a review specifically for building E. The man in charge of doing drug and alcohol screenings for my 4pm appointment today, is PREJUDICE. Before seeing my paperwork, he had ALREADY concluded that I would MOST LIKELY have to take drug and alcohol classes. This is WRONG and UNETHICAL. Patients should not have to take extra classes because a guy THINKS you need it with no previous facts or relations to said person!
I've bin with southwest for about 10 years,specifically this location in their MAT program, the change this place has made this last year is major! The new DR. Sean is a major change from the previous DR that was there. Sean understands not everything is black and white and actually listens to you when you tell him like hey this isn't working can we try something else's, on top of actually listening to your concerns about medication he actually cares about your recovery as much as you do, I have not had one DR. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I went in person to pick up paperwork and then again to drop it off, toddler in tow—which is no small task. I was genuinely excited to get an appointment within 30 days… until they called me a day or two later to say the doctor isn’t accepting new patients. Seriously? Why was I scheduled in the first place if the doctor wasn’t taking new patients?
