I was a client quit a few years ago and I had had a few issues with them but I was still willing to come back and give them a second chance because I am moving back to the area and am unfortunately in need of their services but when I called yesterday, or the day before to find out if I could go straight to them with my insurance or if I needed referrals. I had anxiety and autism and other ailments . I had to come here twice with the lyft. The lady at the other building was a lot nicer The lady at this building is very rigid and unkind and even apologize for me holding boundaries . She wouldn't listen to anything I said very stubborn attitude. It's important to have compassionate people in these clinics. People don't get sick from nothing. It's either an unhealthy environment or unduly stress. When someone gets sick, they should just rest and let the body heal itself. Caring for the sick is what makes a difference, not pills and shots. Psychiatric nurse Rachel disrespects me by giving me no alternatives but to take the drugs. Drug pushers.

This clinic is by far the worst Matt clinic in the US. I've been on clinic all over US. They could care less about your state of mind, or your recovery. They go out of their way to stress you out. I can honestly say I suffer severe PTSD from the treatment I received at Southwest Behavioral. Nothing is random at Southwest. The dosing nurse has no mental health or drug rehab training.
