Sought service for my child and I have had a great experience with this location. From the initial interaction over the phone to in person with the receptionist to the psychologist, therapist, and psychiatrist, they are all fantastic.
I have only just started my mental health journey with this company and they have dropped the ball in less than 5 days. They were supposed to straighten out my prescriptions that were done wrong and she was supposed to send new ones. Yesterday I tried calling to speak to them. I waited 15 minutes and then at 4:55pm slammed the phone down and wouldn't take the call. They couldn't even find the appointment for Monday and also did not send the prior authorization to the insurance about getting that medication covered while bein... read more
Dr. Marku, Lydia, Athena, Trisha, everyone has been amazing! I finally feel heard. Trisha was the sweetest to my son, she made me feel like we finally found a solution to my son's ADHD. Dr. Marku took his time with me and made me feel like myself. Thank you Southwest Behavioral!
Staff is rude especially the supervisor they don’t have any customer service skills worst location so far. I’m glad I didn’t take my kid here because they probably would’ve corrupted her. I can only imagine how horrible the therapist would be if the front office was bad. Stay away or else you’re going to regret it.
This place is so weird. The policies are weird. I missed an appointment and was removed as a patient.
