Cancelled services. I enjoyed going to this facility until I felt like another number today. I was coming from work and asked the front to make a note in my chart that I would be coming from work. I called and was letting them know as well. The front transferred me to the back (Not going to say the name because I am respectful). Was told appointments run every 20 minutes, and that I have until 12:10 pm. I ended up speeding through traffic to make it and I sure did. Was then told they would not give me the appointment. People who need help need to show up at 8 am and stand in line for a first come, first serve service. Like cattle.
Everyone is so helpfull and nice.
Not only was my appointment at 10:20am but everyone that got here before us was already seen and someone else just got here and they took him in mind you it’s now 11:40 and still nothing why overbook! Do better with scheduling!
