I have been with SWBHS since 2017. That's 9 years. If I had known then what I know now, I would have gotten a 2nd job so I could afford to pay out of pocket for real psychiatrist (doctors). These psych-nurse practitioners have almost killed me 3x. They are NOT the same thing as doctors. They also won't prescribe you Xanax for any reason: not for airline travel or even 4 pills a month in case you have panic attacks. These people play with mental health like it’s a game. The staff calls off all the time and there’s no therapists consistently to get meds. I have to take my child to the ER all the time to get meds.
Just called and was told they do not do outpatient services here. Is someone misinformed or?
All the employees were professional and so very kind my provider Meta demonstrated exceptional professionalism by attentively listening to my concerns during my visit a couple of weeks ago . Additionally, her assistant efficiently followed up via email with all necessary documentation for the following steps.
