My case manager was a God send, and I will always value her. But Dr. Sexton tried to have me OD on a myriad of mixed medication. I’m claiming a direct and intentional attempt on my life.
Amazing caring staff. They actually care about people, they treated me like a friend or a family member of a great family. Sheri is amazing, Mary has changed my life for the better and Kimberly was actually concerned about my physical health as well as my mental health, even Andrea at the front desk and the Pharmacist were on my side when I had a medical emergency. If you need some help with mental health I highly recommend the team at SWBH on Areo Dr.
This is a good place to start, but for long term care IMO seek out a real professional Dr not just PA. When you tell them you are doing better but still need improvement, there needs to be an action plan not just prescribing the same meds.
I've run into several problems with this place. At first it was okay, but the fact I can't get around easily and they often miscommunicate my requests for phone-only appointments to physical ones and have canceled them on me for being late when waiting on their calls. Recently they made it so those of us needing desperate therapy can only have a single appointment per month, and would not allow the scheduling to be placed more often than once per month.
