I have foster children with severe mental trauma. Southwest either doesn't call me back, has canceled appts. The last one was due to the therapist having mandatory inservices she had to complete. 2 of the 3 girls are suppose to have weekly counseling. The have had it once in 2 months. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
