I had the best experience here. There was a time a year or more ago that they were understaffed, so things were a little hit or miss, but it's been so worth it. They have helped me tremendously. Dr. Marquez is a wonderful surgeon. I am 3lbs away from no longer being obese, and I'm thrilled about it. It was worth everything for me. Be prepared to have a mission with insurance. It's not their fault. It just is what it is. But they're good people who will take care of you and make sure you're healthy after surgery.

We need to change locations. I am not going to 3705 Medical Pkwy, Austin, TX 78705 address again. 1). I felt unsafe as there were people standing by the arm that lets you into the parking garage next to you. I thought I was going to get robbed. I waited behind 3 cars to get in and the person did not move at all, and the person looked in my car as I was grabbing the ticket. (probably casing cars). 2). I was reassured multiple times that they accepted my insurance and that I would only need to pay the co-pay. I am now saddled with a $250.00 bill for a 15 minute conversation that ultimately led to: if you want to proceed you need to pay $13,000 out of pocket. kthx bye! Very upset. It was a MAJOR waste of my time and effort. Clearly they only care about putting $$$ in their pockets at the end of the day.
