If you're looking for an auto repair shop in Lincoln that actually shoots straight, charges fair prices, and treats your vehicle right, Southwest Auto Service & Repair is the place to go. I recently brought my vehicle in and worked directly with James, and the entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. James diagnosed the issue quickly and clearly explained what needed to be done without any of that annoying, unnecessary upselling you get at other shops. Honest, transparent, and trustworthy are what describe Southwest Auto. Whenever I need maintenance or have an issue with my truck, I know exactly who I’m calling. A big thanks to James and the guys in the shop for being trustworthy and reliable. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!
They overcharge you for everything. You will save money going anywhere else if you can.

The front area where I waited was very clean and comfortable. The... read more
