I took my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta here recently and I am sad to say that my experience was nothing short of disastrous. I took my car in due to the check engine light and the EPC light, when they called to let me know what was wrong with my car, they told me I needed a software update and an oil change. They said the oil change would cost around $125 and the software update would cost about $250, so I was prepared to pay around $400, however when I went to pick up the car they charged me $664. Always awesome service, very detailed summary of your automotive repair. Very friendly staff. Call ahead and schedule or let them know if you have a vehicle being towed in. Been using their service for over ten years.
