This place has failed my friend twice now, when she is clearly autistic. They refuse to give her a diagnosis and she was told that she could bring a person who knows her best and understands autism. After I waited in the lobby patiently like he asked, the supposed specialist doctor Audi lied to me when he said he'd let me in the room before the session ended, yet he abruptly ended the session, rudely avoiding me as he hid behind "time constraints". Level of professionalism: 0. Started with receiving a referral to this place for my nephew, whom I have guardianship over. When it comes to scheduling appointments, I received a callback from first initial call. Missed it due to bad service but called back immediately. I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes and then told they were unable to schedule, due to only scheduling out only 7 days ahead. Call back at 8am. Just impossible. Have been trying for months to get the final appt, call and oh no we are booked call back. Well they closed me out and now want me to start over. DO NOT go here

Terrible scheduling system. I wasted an entire summer trying to get a phychiatric evaluation for my child just to find out the Dr doesn't even work the days I've been calling in weekly to get. Nobody bothered to tell me the Dr only worked 2 days a week, which neither work for my schedule. Had I been informed earlier, I could have found services elsewhere sooner.
