If you actually need help, don’t waste your time. I saw Britany. She wasn’t able to talk to me about any other medications than the ones she had sales reps for. Also wanted to prescribe a Benadryl for severe anxiety because that’s all she’s allowed to do. Super disappointed as I have been waiting months to finally see a provider.
Dr. Lindy Landrau and Dr. Donna Brister are excellent in therapy and taking time out of their busy schedules to help clients. Receptionists Clida and Donna are friendly and exceptional as well.
When you have waited 3 MONTHS and decide to call to find out why you haven’t been contacted you don’t expect to hear “ we’re glad you called bc we lost or misplaced your ( and many others)intake paperwork bc WE had a change in staff , WELL this is the most UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL Institution I have ever heard of. Imagine, if someone with serious mental health issues was waiting for a phone call for treatment and the phone call never came….. I’m ashamed to know this is going on in my hometown
This place is extremely unprofessional and the employees seem to just have a title and know nothing about there job. Whoever is in control of the hiring and firing of the people who run this place should be held accountable. Uncoordinated and very unprofessional.
This is why there's a mental health crisis... 7 day supply of meds and 6-8 week wait to get back on your meds which take 2 weeks to kick in. That you can't be off of or be punished. No intake should take 8 weeks. This is life saving medication. Some "doctors" who "care"
