To start off, the guy didnt speak English, he was saying things we couldn't understand. We asked about my service dog, and he requested I show him her ID. I did although it is against the law to ask, then he charged us $80 ontop of the room charge for having my dog! After driving 13 hours it was the only hotel within 30 mins, so we took the room. But let me just say... this place was absolutely disgusting. We got into our room with Hope's it was decent enough for us to sleep, shower and leave again first thing in the morning... read more
