I thought my appraisal was handled very well. I am a retail investor in San Antonio and these guys answered all of my questions efficiently and in a timely manner - which was highly valued during the COVID crisis.
i SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWER BEFORE THIS ONE! Definitely if you are using these guys- it needs to be for certain the BUYER! Mine appraisal came in lower than what I paid for the property! That was 3 years ago and now its a rental with 90,000 gross income! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
Go with Sothhwest Appraisal Group if your the buyer because they are one sided for sure it is very obvious! I was very disappointed in their review; I have never seen something so abortive.
