Instead of leaving the job for a quicker and more competent company, they forced closing to be extended by two weeks to accommodate their lack of planning and staff. They don't do rush appraisals nor work on weekends. Lazy and poorly managed.

Just finished our loan. As I am reviewing the appraisal, I am very disappointed in the appraisers performance and review. The so called comparable"s" do not resemble our property. Our property was appraised "3" years earlier by a company from Ruidoso and they did a much better (detailed) job. Do to the weak appraisal, I now have a higher interest rate. Please check the ratings of the next appraisal company you use in the Sacramento Mountain area.
