Ever since they changed management the property has gone down hill. Maintenance takes forever to come look at the problems, the people at the office don’t seem to care or put a rush into getting anything resolved. The downstairs garage is very cluttered with trash and old appliances they remove and just leave there. This is my 3 year Living in this apartment. I have to be honest about it. since the new management company or owner property came everything just changed, now they just don't care about their tenants, i made a request for damages almost 2 months from now and they haven't done anything yet, i resends it once again and aslo i went to the office to notify it but they just don't care about anything. I have lived here for roughly a year and a half. Sooo many issues with the apartment since I moved in. Found mold, dishwasher was not working for 3 months, was out of a shower for 6 months due to leaking in the garage. was out a washing machine for over a month, water leaked from AC unit, AC unit is currently not working and hasn't been working for almost 7 weeks now. Scheduled a tour for a one bedroom apartment at 9am, even received a confirmation from an ‘Onyx’ from the same number that set up the appointment. My husband and I get there and no one approaches us until we start looking around confused. Young woman with brown hair in an office asked what we needed and explained we scheduled and were told that their ‘new’ booking service doesn’t actually connect with them on tours. What?
