I had believed I had found a good pain doctor until I complained about one of her front desk staff who happens to be her son. From day one I noticed he was rude to other staff and patients while I waited to be seen by Dr. Cyprien. Every time he answers the phone and you ask a question he gets an attitude and you can tell because of the tone & his sighs all the time. Long waits yes, but every other doctor has them too. She is very carring and talked me into taking a more conservative approach to my herniated disk. This was my 4th doctor so take my word for it. Just prepare for the waiting room wait but would not have changed it.
The waiting is ridiculous every single time! Especially when you see the doctor for 5 minutes.
