On February 11th we called 911 for my wife's father because he was having severe breathing issues and problems with his heart. Ambulance 502 showed up 25 minutes later and acted like they had better things to do than to be at our house. The paramedics that showed up were not at all concerned and were not in any hurry to get him to the hospital. They were only driving 30 mph on the way to the hospital and stopping at red lights.
