Southwest cooling and heating have been awesome to work with as they communicate easily answering all my question.They are very cost and time efficient, completing the first step in only a hour. Awesome job!
Absolutely unreal in this day and age! I received quotes of emergency calls, extraordinary costs and you'll bow to us attitudes from all of the other St George companies. I'm across the country and my daughter is baking at home. ONE CALL and they were literally there within 10 minutes!! AC was fixed in 1.50 hrs! And all just before 5pm!! I'll scream from the rooftops about this fantastic company. AND the woman who helped me schedule it and the great guy who fixed it were very kind, polite and caring. JUST WOW!!
Job was not accurately bid. But they did honor what they told me to begin with. This means they were honest. They arrived exactly when they said they would. So they are punctual Did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.
Lance is great. We always enjoy him coming to our home. He does great work.
