My assigned Technician Micheal was a young man who is very knowledgeable, and he doesn’t mind working. Overall I am very happy with his work.
Riley was awesome, super chill which made it easy to ask questions and he didnt mansplain me which means a lot to me. His diagnosis of my unit and thorough check gave me confidence im plan so I definitely am happy I stumbled over them on my google search.
My AC unit was having issues and not blowing out very much cold air if any. Michael was the one that came over to check it out and he was so very kind and polite while doing such an amazing job getting the ac back up and running. I’m very grateful!
