Your service men are friendly, polite and know their business. One minor, but important point. Bridger brought the old motor into our home and stood it on it's two legs on the kitchen counter. I put a magazine under it to keep from scratching the counter top. We also found oil on the floor (after we stepped in it) there after he left. To his credit, he explained what he found with our a/c as he went along. Efficient, friendly and competent, Bridger just needs to be more aware of what not to bring in people's homes. Great service. Came out within 24 hours and replaced the unit within three days.
Liz provided a quick response to my call regarding air conditioner not cooling. Service Manager, Lance arrived within an hour after my call. Troubleshot and quickly resolved the problem. AC was up and cooling. I also have their twice a year maintenance service. Southwest is the best, friendly, efficient & reliable.
