Moved here on May 1, 2014(after living in a relatively quite complex for over 11 years...only to utililize the housing choice voucher(8). It has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning...chronic barking dog for over a week/original response from management was totally illogical. Do not move here to Southview Towers – Attention! All Case Managers, Residents.......Do not move to this high rise building at all cost! As you know, rent is close to 500.00 and it is not worth it. The elevators are disgusting and people urinate in them. Way too many folks that do illegal things and drink on the property in paper bags. (this makes the place look pretty low class).
