This is ABSOLUTELY the worst storage facility in the area. 42+ burglaries over the last year! The owners are arrogant in stating that "LED Light Bulbs are their Security System" . Check with LexisNexis Community Crime map to see for your self! https://communitycrimemap.com/

Southview Mini Warehouses have long been the target of burglaries and break ins. There is absolutely zero "High Security" as advertised both in print and verbally by the owner/managers. Southview has continued to profit, and so remains negligent and indifferent to addressing the crime and vandalism issues that result in personal property loss for Southview tenants Late rental payment ( few days) quickly result in lock outs and late fees with other tacked on charges that definitely stretch thin the idea of usuarry. I have been using this location for my storage units for years. I have seven at the present. The owners are awesome and very reasonable to work with. You deal with them directly instead of some management company or third person. They personally work to keep the area clean and accessible even in the worst of weather. I have had a lot of interaction with them over the years and great to work with. We did have our first break in this year and they handled it like champs. Easy Storage Units – I think that all storage unit places are usually the same. Most of the time all we need is a safe place to put our stuff and not have to worry about it. Southview Miniwarehouses is really good when it comes to that. Safe and easy. The best part was the owner was easy to work with and seemed to be pretty flexible.
