Southview Mini Warehouses have long been the target of burglaries and break ins. There is absolutely zero "High Security" as advertised both in print and verbally by the owner/managers. Southview has continued to profit, and so remains negligent and indifferent to addressing the crime and vandalism issues that result in personal property loss for Southview tenants Late rental payment ( few days) quickly result in lock outs and late fees with other tacked on charges that definitely stretch thin the idea of usuarry.
