Communication with family members is very poor. My mother was in memory care there and she was sent to the hospital emergency department with out notifying the family. She was in the hospital for 5 hours before the family knew anything about it. When we moved her out of Southview, the staff was very unprofessional. They avoided us and did not even have the courtesy to ask how mom was or to even offer well wishes.

I went to visit my mother today at this so called assisted living and memory care place. My mother’s room was disgusting it was dirty you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. This wasn’t new dirt it was old. Think again before you leave anyone you care about in this place.

Kind, caring staff (especially Campbell Boyer and Jenny Murie!). Beautiful decor. Always super clean. Lovely dining room and good food. Very helpful throughout difficult time for family going through process of applying and finally moving into an apartment.

I have both a professional and personal relationship with Southview assisted living. Its always a pleasure working with Jenny and Jamie in admissions/liaison. I am confident that my Grandmother is taken care of at Southview. Its always fun visiting her with my son, he gets all the attention from the residents. Such a wonderful place to bring your loved one. Their sister facility Crestview is also a great place.

We are so happy with Southview. The staff is very friendly and they have gone out of their way to include my sister in activities that she enjoys. She likes the food and seems to be very happy with her surroundings. Thanks ! Written by Mr & Mrs Brillhart
