Tenant for 6 years. Two apartments. Never late on rent. I have had several issues and frustrations, but never complained. I bought a house, moved out and SIXTY days later, I am still waiting for them to return my security deposit. (Which is illegal in Missouri) I left the apartment damage free as well as cleaned. Performed a move out walkthrough and signed the move out papers stating that I would receive my full deposit with the property manager. (06/30) Still awaiting reimbursement.
