Antes de venir aquí piensen y lean las reviews, no llevo ni un año aquí y ya es la tercera vez que nos dejan sin agua, dicen que de 9am a 3pm pero luego se alargan horas, la última vez hace menos de dos meses estuvimos un día completo sin agua y mañana otra vez

Moved into these apartments 2 months ago, Julian, the Manager made it very simple to get into and even offered me a small discount. Great Management, but also Amazing maintenance team recently did super work on our air conditioning! You need to give credit, where credit is due, and these guys have shown they are Professional, Caring, and on top of things!
Southview apartments has been a wonderful home the past 5 months. The manager, Julian is so nice and hardworking, he always responds in a timely manner and is more than willing to help out. The maintenance team is amazing. I needed to turn my heater on and they were out right away to help. I have not had any issues, the property is quiet,clean,safe and pet friendly.I am so glad I moved to this complex and would highly recommend.
They claim free cable but charge you for it. Worst part is it’s the same cable package they're giving people on housing. No local channels are included. Would have been nice if they mentioned this when signing lease.
