Worst place ever to rent from. Roaches, bedbugs, rarely sprays and when they do its just the floors and no traps no nothing. Their maintaince is a joke. They blame you for a leak upstairs. Dont speak english. If you like slums then enjoy. Not worth 800 a month, I'd pay 600, if that. Management is also a joke.

South view Corners is the worst place to move...The company refuses to fix anything and will not exterminate for roaches...but steady have their hand out for rent....better start charging the roaches for rent!!! And you want to hike up the rent to $860, 🤣 good luck with this property...might as well turn it into a cemetery....
Manager does nothing buildings have roaches nothing gets replaced everything is painted over with white paint ceilings peel current management is never around or answers calls people in charge of maintenance have no idea what they’re doing don’t move here.
