I've been here for over a year and the office staff has changed like hell, although I don't go in there often. I'm dealing with mold in my unit and the rental office is looking at me like what do I want them to do. The leasing coordinator tells me that he'll send a tech to come and check the leak and repair then asks me what am I looking for in an accommodation. I'm really giving 0 stars! This place is a disgrace! My lease was signed back in 2019. The day that we received our keys it has been a s*** show. My ceiling was down and water on the floor. Apartment wasn't even ready but we got our keys! This place has a HEAVY ROACH and MICE infestation. Laundy rooms are infested, and machines never work. My A/c was out all week, and I put in multiple tickets to get it fixed. It took for my husband to walk up on the property manager Todd Wilson for him to want to help us out. My experience at SouthView Apartment with leasing staff Lakeisha Wood and Grace Hart was very helpful in allowing me to be a Resident in this Community both of them from the Leasing Staff should be commended Thealso rewarded for the professionalism, Care, Concern and patience, also kindness, consideration, gentleness on how they interacted with me, They need to be recognized by the Higher ups for their time and courtesy for making South View a good community.
