Always able to get in and out in a reasonable time frame with/ without an appointment. Friendly and professional service and the wash offered after service was an added bonus.
I drove my car there simply to get an oil change. Mechanics were sitting all along the wall. There was one person sitting in the lobby when I got there. After waiting well over an hour. I started to wonder what was taking so long. When I inquired about my vehicle, I saw the person who was supposed to be working on my car sitting right where he was when I got there. Recently bought my second vehicle from this place. I will not go back a third time. Dishonest, unreliable, defensive when a customer is explaining a concern. Car went in for a repair. I had just purchased the vehicle and had it one week. They told me they would call me in three days to pick it up. It’s been 4 weeks now and they haven’t called me.
