Reluctantly decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves after a half dozen service dept fumbles under prior ownership. Took our Jeep Wrangler in for a well known issue and a possible mfg warranty extension for the specific part. They charged us and misdiagnosed the issue (take it for what it's worth but I told them what was wrong). We opted out of the suggested repair. CJ the car salesman made an appointment with my son to test drive a car on March 8, 2025 @12:00pm. When we got there he had already sold the car, the people from Idaho already bought it. CJ tried to say he called my son to cancel, but that was a BS lie. We would have never drove all the way from Tooele to Sandy to look at a car that was already sold. Pretty shady in my book. I would look elsewhere unless you like dealing with snakes.
Javier Hernandez did an awesome job. Worked around my busy schedule and answered all my questions. He found exactly what we wanted and more. By far surpassed my expectations. He was highly recommended to me and I am going to highly recommend him to everyone. Great job and thank you so much Javier!!! We love our new jeep!!! Gracias amigo!!!
