Yeah it's more expensive than similar complexes, and it's not updated inside, but they keep up on maintenance and landscaping, every encounter I've had with the managers or maintenance was pleasant, and really what more can I say about a place. Sad to have to leave.
Love living here! My Manager is so helpful and easy to come to about a problem with my unit she always is super nice with a great attitude.
I am a current tenant. I am happy with the area and the apartment its self. But the staff for umbrella properties is awful. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to come fix my unusable toilet. They sent one man out twice he stuck a snake down 4 feet and said to use "less toilet paper." He the. Said if he had to come out again he was going to charge us. The problem isnt because its clogged, or if it is, its further down the pipes and he is just lazy. Planning on putting in my notice.
