4K down the drain no boat for the season and can’t get a call back 4 screws from changing the impeller backed out tell me how that happens after 4 hours on the water full detail on the story and pictures will follow soon
My experience using Southtown was a nightmare. They are very understaffed which leads unrealistic lead times. My boat sat there for a month before they advised they couldn’t work on it. They referred me to a local boat dealer that screwed me over. I would not trust using Southtown.
Absolute class act. Can't say enough good things about the owner and service staff. Diagnosed my problem gave very generous terms, support, and advice. Personal interactions count. And this establishment has gained my loyalty
South Town Watersports does it again !!! They never disappoint top notch service of course. I custom ordered a new Tykon with them and took delivery today possibly the easiest transaction ever. Chase and Robert went above and beyond to make sure that a very Loyal Skiers Choice customer was well taken care of. Skiers Choice and Drew Tinker should be very proud of these guys. Chase, Katie, and Ricky are phenomenal people! They provide excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to provide me of what I needed. I greatly appreciate everything they have done. Ricky is very knowledgeable of his line of work. I’m am confident that he can resolve any mechanical issues I may have in the future. To all my friends in the boating community I strongly recommend them!
